Dr. Darsi Ferrer and three other dissidents were arrested and detained Friday, after secret policemen broke up a meeting they were holding to discuss international human rights agreements that the Castro dictatorship has signed but not ratified.
Radio Martí identified the other three detainees as: Manuel Cuesta Morúa, Leonardo Calvo Cárdenas and Juan Antonio Madrazo Luna.
The four were interrogated for several hours and then released, according to Radio Martí.
